Theresa Faggiani (Roberts) earned her MBA in 1994 and has twenty years of management and consulting experience in the health sector. She worked for several years in senior health administration roles, including Administrative Director for the Provincial Medical Genetics Program and Ambulatory Care Director for University Hospital.  

Since establishing her consulting business in 1993 she has undertaken projects for dozens of public and private sector organizations in the areas of organizational effectiveness, process improvement, and information management.  In 2002 she established a team to develop and implement HSPnet-BC, the Health Sciences Placement Network of BC.  She designed and facilitated establishment of the National HSPnet Alliance in 2004, an innovative collaboration that has grown to seven Canadian provinces using HSPnet.
